Consultation
Consultation services may include in-field or post-fieldwork identification of materials with no associated data compilation, analysis, or reporting. This can include NAGPRA screening or single specimen identification.
Identification & Data Collection
Identification and data compilation services include species-level identification of remains and recording of taphonomic features. Under this service, clients will receive the collected faunal data, but with no interpretation or associated reporting.
Analysis & Reporting
Analysis and reporting services include species-level identification of remains, recording of taphonomic features, and a full report that outlines the findings and interpretations of the assemblage based on current research and site context. Clients will also receive the raw collected data for inclusion in their project records.
Pricing
15-30 minute consultations are offered for a fee of $50.
All other consultation and identification services provided at the rate of $50 per hour plus mileage (where applicable).
Reporting costs are calculated based on the needs of the project.
