SP Faunal Services was founded in 2024 by Stefanie M. Perez, a CRM professional with 13 years of experience in the field. Stefanie is a Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA) and has experience in historic and Precontact archaeology, project coordination and data management, and extensive experience in the analysis of faunal remains from Precontact and historic contexts. Stefanie is a certified Middle Grades educator and has additional experience designing and implementing in-person and virtual educational experiences for use in public outreach for archaeology. Stefanie has worked on projects in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast regions. Stefanie has conducted fieldwork, faunal analysis, and/or research for a number of government and private clients including the National Park Service and various telecommunications service providers.
